Email Us
Send an email to info@phoenixcustomwear.com with your full name, company name, phone number, billing / shipping address, and include your design (if you have one), shirt colors, brands (unless Cut and Sew), and sizes. We'll be in touch to get your order started right away.

Prepare Your Artwork
Provide 300 dpi at actual print size in jpg, tif, psd, pdf, ai, or eps. Vector (ai or eps) is always best, if available. We always send an artwork proof with a mock-up of how your shirt design will look.

Two ways to pay.

Number exchanged over the phone or via Credit Card Authorization Form.
